Farm of Peace in Warfordsburg is building a new community center using straw bale as insulation and bale and mud mix as interior wall.
On April 26 and 27, 2008 (Rain date: May 3 & 4) the architect who is in charge is hosting a workshop to show the volunteer and anyone who is interested in learning building environmently friendly homes. This will be educational and you can ask questions to him. This community center is being built to use every passive energy and natural products.
